True to size, XS–L. Fitting can vary even within the same size; if you're between sizes, we recommend going up a size — the four-way stretch takes up any slack, while a band that's too tight will dig in. Hand wash: soak the bra and pads 10–15 minutes in lukewarm water with a little mild detergent, rinse clean, line dry. Machine wash: place in a lingerie bag on a cold/delicate cycle with mild detergent, then line dry. Remove pads first. Do not bleach, add softener, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Wash with like colours.
