Delivery Process

1. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order details and estimated delivery time.
2. Processing Your Order: Our team will begin processing your order. This includes picking, packing, and preparing your items for shipment. This process typically takes 2 business days.
3. Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
4. Delivery Timeframe: Hong Kong orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Mainland China and other international orders typically take 5-10 business days, depending on destination and customs.
5. Shipping Fees: Shipping is free on orders over HK$450 to Hong Kong and Mainland China. Orders under HK$450, and orders to all other destinations, are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.
6. Package Tracking: You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
