Hand wash: soak the bra and pads 10–15 minutes in lukewarm water with a little mild detergent, rinse clean, line dry. Machine wash: place in a lingerie bag on a cold/delicate cycle with mild detergent, then line dry. Remove pads first. Do not bleach, add softener, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Wash with like colours.

Is it supportive without wires? Yes — four-way stretch and shaping pads do the work steel used to. Can I sleep in it? Many customers do; it's soft enough to forget.
