Lighter days — wear them on their own; the extra layers replace pads while keeping you fresh and dry. Heavier days — wear as leak-proof backup alongside a tampon or cup. First time? Test the waters towards the end of your period when your flow is lighter.

Moderate–heavy absorbency: 50 ml — about 5.5 regular tampons / 10 teaspoons. Low-waist rise with a full-coverage back. Fitting can vary between styles; if you're between sizes, we recommend going down a size.

Rinse under cold running water before a cold machine wash. Line dry. Do not bleach, soak, add softener, tumble dry or iron. Cared for well, one pair lasts years.
