Heavy absorbency: 75 ml — about 8.5 regular tampons / 15 teaspoons. High-waist rise, sizes XS–L. Note the nightwear fits tighter than the daywear pair, so your size may differ between styles; if you're between sizes, we recommend going down a size.

Rinse under cold running water before a cold machine wash. Line dry. Do not bleach, soak, add softener, tumble dry or iron. Cared for well, one pair lasts years.
