All night — or all day. Wear them on their own and forget setting alarms to change a tampon, or waking to check the sheets. Cut with full back coverage to absorb the heaviest flows lying down. First time? Test the waters towards the end of your period when your flow is lighter.

Heavy absorbency: 75 ml — about 8.5 regular tampons / 15 teaspoons. High-waist rise, sizes XS–L. Note the nightwear fits tighter than the daywear pair; if you're between sizes, we recommend going down a size.

Rinse under cold running water before a cold machine wash. Line dry. Do not bleach, soak, add softener, tumble dry or iron. Cared for well, one pair lasts years.

Four layers of leak-proof technology trap and lock liquid inside water-resistant, moisture-wicking materials: an outer shell, a stain- and leak-blocking layer, an absorbent core holding up to 8.5 tampons' worth of flow, and a barrier that keeps you comfortable. No dioxin, chlorine or rayon.

Will it hold all night? Yes — most sleepers go 8+ hours on night one. Side sleeper? The padding runs gusset to waistband, front and back.
