How to wear
Wear the bra daily for breathable, wire-free support. Choose the Daywear panty for lighter days worn alone, or the Nightwear panty for heavier days and overnight — both replace pads while keeping you fresh and dry.
Absorbency & fit
Daywear panty: moderate–heavy, 50 ml — about 5.5 regular tampons. Nightwear panty: heavy, 75 ml — about 8.5 regular tampons. Bra: true to size, XS–L; if you're between sizes, size up. The panties run the other way — if you're between sizes there, size down.
Care
Rinse period pieces cold until the water runs clear, machine wash inside a laundry bag, line dry. Bras: remove pads, hand wash or lingerie bag.
FAQ
Is the bra supportive without wires? Yes — four-way stretch and shaping pads do the work steel used to. Can I wear the panty all day? On moderate days, yes — the antibacterial layer neutralises odour all day.

Between sizes? Size down. The gusset has to sit flush against you to work, and a waistband with slack lets it shift.
