Sizes XS–XL. Mid-waist sits under the navel; high-waist gives fuller coverage. Between sizes? We recommend going down a size.

Machine wash in cold or lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and strong chemicals. Air-dry flat or hang to preserve shape and elasticity — keep away from high dryer heat and direct sunlight.

Two measurements are all you need — waist and hip. If you're between sizes, the rule depends on the piece: size down for panties, size up for bras.

Between sizes? Size down. The gusset has to sit flush against you to work, and a waistband with slack lets it shift.
