Returns and Exchange

Which products are eligible for return and exchange?

Our bra collection is eligible for return/exchange within seven days. However, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any exchanges or returns for panties.

What is the Return/Replace Policy? How does it work?

You can return or replace the items purchased for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the cost of returns will be borne by the customer. We will initiate a full refund or replacement in the next 7-10 working days after receiving the returned products.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How can I Return or Replace the items?

What if I receive a defective/damaged/wrong/missing item?

We at Kiri work diligently to deliver the quality products to our customers. In the event that you receive damaged/missing/incorrect products, please reach out to hello@kirijourney.com and our customer experience specialists will be able to assist you.

We also request you to share with us the following:

a) Picture of the outer box (front and back) with the carrier label,
b) Pictures of all products received.

We will make sure to expedite the order as soon as we are notified.

Cancellations

What is Kiri’s Cancellation Policy?

Once a cancellation request has been raised, we will immediately determine whether the order has been sent out of our warehouse. If the order has left our warehouse, we are unable to process a refund.

How do I cancel my order?

When will I receive my refund?

For payments made online, you will receive a refund to the same payment account within 7-10 working days from the time of cancellation.
