Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation Policy
- Submit a Cancellation Request: As soon as you decide to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@kirijourney.com, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Confirm Order Status: Our customer service representative will check the status of your order to confirm whether it has been shipped. If the order has not been shipped, we will be able to process your cancellation request.
- Process Cancellation Request: If the order has not been sent out, we will quickly process your cancellation request and confirm the cancellation. If the order has left the warehouse, we will not be able to process the cancellation or refund request.
- Refund Processing: If the order has been successfully canceled, and you have made a payment, we will refund the amount to your original payment account within 7-10 business days after cancellation.
